The communication infrastructure in the country needs to be continuously upgraded for India Inc to be efficient and compete with Global Players. Focus would be on development of new Technologies which Private and State sector should adopt for competing and increasing India 's Competitiveness. In addition to Research and Development in conventional systems, more emphasis would be on Wireless Networking, Convergence of Technologies, CDMA and Broadband.
